I visited Cabo San Jose last year with two close friends and we got such a stunning, unique and delicious experience with Billie. We had the pleasure of having Billie make us custom cocktails that were amazingly paired to each of our specific tastes and preferences!!! With cute individual cards and recipes, a local printed bag and cocktails that went down too easy for all of us!! We are visiting again in July and definitely hiring Billie again, and every time we come! Truly such a pleasure to work with her. Definitely an experience not to forget! You can see and truly experience her craft which she takes so much pride and detail in. Such a great spirit and truly great spirits! LOL! Can’t wait to get back!

FIVE STARS. Billie has handled our bar service for our music festival several years in a row. In doing so, she and her team have handled bar service for crowds of up to 800 people, in a smooth, pleasant, professional, and delicious manner. Her cocktail ideas are creative and delicious, and she and her team are a pleasure to work with.
