Born in Albuquerque, New Mexico & having lived in Minnesota & Portland most of her life, Billie is a master mixologist who began her career in the industry over 20 years ago, & is completely in love with it. Mixing a great cocktail with the highest level ingredients is her thing.
With deep seated roots in the skateboard world, the desire to learn how to surf in warm waters led her to Los Cabos, where she became assistant event coordinator at Flora Farms. Always feeling a longing to return to the bar & wanting a shift in direction led her to the inception of BCS. Through BCS she can continue to use her skills & attention to detail to bring a unique, fun & personal experience to your Cabo vacation, or your Cabo living for those who call Cabo home.

I began working behind the bar in 2005. I have experience in fine dining restaurant bars, beach bars, night clubs, & private events. I have learned from each bar I have worked behind & each bartender I have worked beside.
I’ve learned that a good bartender can make great cocktails. A great bartender makes each guest feel special.
