This is something that is very important at BCS. These are some of the ways we try to reduce our footprint:

·no single use plastic

·purchase mixers in glass or aluminum when possible

·recycled paper napkins available upon guest request

·fresh squeezed juices

·in-house made simple syrups, bitters, & tinctures

·local & organic produce when possible

·home grown herbs & flowers

·organic waste from juice & syrups composted

GIVING BACK

BCS donates a portion of its profits to Baja Safe, a local non-profit rescuing cats & dogs from the streets of Los Cabos, & finding them loving homes….looking to adopt?
